A: Rigor Instruments offers a 1-year manufacturing warranty. Defective or non-conforming items can be replaced or refunded under our return policy. Also , Rigor gives a 2-3 years shelf life guarantee on all its reusable and single use instruments .
Q24. Do you provide technical drawings or CAD files for custom designs?
A: Yes. We can supply CAD drawings and technical specs for custom or OEM instruments for review and approval.
Q25. Can I visit your factory for an audit or inspection?
